In 2007, Pamela decided to relocate to San Francisco and embark on her solo career. One of her first experiences in San Francisco was an impromptu 2-night jam with Trevor Garrod of Tea Leaf Green. The next night, she found herself singing with a slammin’ funk jam band the Smokedaddies, while Trevor gave a guest appearance on keys and she sang along. Five months after her arrival in the city, Pamela played at the legendary Fillmore opening and playing set break for Dark Star Orchestra two nights in a row to a sold out crowd. Since then, she has played at The Fillmore a handful of times, had her CD release party at the Great American Music Hall, played many wonderful festivals and recently had the opportunity to headline the Rock the Bike NOW stage at this year's West Fest: Woodstock's 40th Anniversary Celebration in Golden Gate Park. Here she had the chance to support alternative and breakthrough technology by helping put together a stage that was powered by bicycles. People pedaled for the whole day to power this wonderful stage. CHECK PICTURES by Micheclle Hoover HERE.
